PANORAMA ECONOMICO is committed with digital preservation and long-term conservation.

About digital preservation, PANORAMA ECONOMICO has digital backups in the journal servers and external mechanism to journal servers for their preservation and conservation.

Physical edition can be found in archives of the journal web page or printed in the publications area of Escuela Superior de Economia of Instituto Politecnico Nacional. With this backups it becomes easier change to future digital technologies and conservation formats.

At this moment, there is not alternative for server fails, however, given the intern protocols it is possible recover all information without loss information. In addtion, backups are in a separate way to journal infrastructure so lossing journal infraestructure or platform does not means loss of information.
